At Shoe Shed, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange your items within 7-10 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • To start the return process, simply bring your receipt or order confirmation email to any of our locations, or contact our customer service team.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. In-Store: Visit us at Shoe Shed with your receipt and the unworn shoes.

  2. Online Purchases: Reach out to our customer service team for return instructions. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is processed.

  • Shipping costs for online returns are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
